Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days

• Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days

• Local Delivery (within Dunstable & Milton Keynes area): Same day or next day delivery may be available.

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available).

Local Pickup

• Free local pickup is available from our store at:
  Premier Vellora Mart, 25–27 High Street North, Dunstable, LU6 1HX

• Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Delivery Delays

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within the UK. International shipping will be added in the future.
